01 / STARTING POINT

The expertise was there. Consistent demand was not.

BEFORE · PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION30+

years of professional experience

The professional was already recognized by peers, media and associations. However, end customers did not think of him when a need arose.

AFTER · CONTINUOUS DEMAND1.5

months booked in advance

According to project sales monitoring, the system reached approximately one and a half months of advance bookings.

Word of mouth had been the main acquisition source, and 2024 was reported as the operation's hardest year. The priority was to make an established professional track record visible every day.

“Traditional positioning does not guarantee digital demand. Expertise needs distribution, advertising and sales follow-up.”

DOCUMENTED EXPERTISE

An established track record. Communication that needed to bring it closer.

His professional profile lists training in gynecology, obstetrics, epidemiology and urogynecology; over 30 years of practice; four terms as president of the Colombian Association of Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor, totaling nine years; and speaking engagements at national and international conferences.

03 / STRATEGY

Content, advertising and automation working as one funnel.

Advertising opened the conversation, but growth came when content, WhatsApp support and appointment management began working as one system.

  1. 01

    Advertising with intent

Ads addressed specific needs with specialized yet approachable language, avoiding promises or explicit imagery.

  2. 02

    Organic content

The profile began showcasing education, experience, conferences and current professional activity to sustain trust after initial contact.

  3. 03

    WhatsApp and scheduling

Conversations stopped ending with isolated messages: the team responded, guided and followed each opportunity through to an appointment.

  4. 04

    Speak to the market

Communication shifted from listing services to recognizing real situations: “If you have this problem…”

  5. 05

    Evidence of expertise

Conferences, experience and training became visible trust signals throughout the digital journey rather than an unseen archive.

  6. 06

    Continuous follow-up

Demand was reviewed alongside service capacity because more conversations do not help if the schedule cannot accommodate them.

Dr. Jorge Alberto García with Cuqui, an intimate-health educational character

CUQUI · BRAND CHARACTER

A sensitive topic needed an approachable voice.

Cuqui turned difficult questions into understandable conversations. The character supports direct, human and educational communication without losing professional rigor or using explicit content.

In the final months of the reporting period, Cuqui appeared not only on social media but in conversations prospects brought to consultations.

04 / LESSONS LEARNED

The new bottleneck was capacity, not demand.

01

Expertise must be discoverable

An outstanding track record does not generate consistent sales if people cannot find it when they recognize their problem.

02

Advertising needs context

Ads create discovery; organic content establishes experience, relevance and trust before booking.

03

Sensitive services require responsible creative work

Communication must be specialized, clear and commercially relevant without crossing privacy boundaries or triggering platform restrictions.

04

Scheduling is part of the funnel

When appointments are too far away, qualified opportunities can be lost. Availability is a commercial factor.

05

Growth requires a team

If one person handles consultations and procedures, the next stage depends on delegation, training and capacity expansion.

CURRENT STATUS

The project continues

The reporting period covers 16 months. The next mission is to sustain demand while increasing service capacity.

METHODOLOGY AND SCOPE

Revenue figures come from the client-supplied January 2025–April 2026 consolidated report. Total ad spend of COP 110 million was reported by the client. The gross ratio divides recorded revenue by advertising spend; it is not net profit or a promise of future performance. No third-party personal data is published.
