When you contact us

We request your name, email, optional WhatsApp number and a description of your needs to respond and assess a potential business relationship. We also record the date and source page. Do not include passwords, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive data in your message.

With your authorization, this information is sent to the De Otro Planeta team and stored in private Google tools to handle your request. It is not published or sent as parameters to Analytics, Tag Manager or advertising platforms. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager, can measure page visits, article engagement, contact clicks and received requests if you accept analytics. Clicking WhatsApp or email does not mean you have sent a message.

Advertising has a separate permission. This version does not include Meta or TikTok pixels. Any future activation must respect your preferences and be reflected in this notice. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing or submitting the form.

You can accept, reject or change your choice through “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of any page. We store that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. The map and external links belong to their providers and may process information under their own policies.

Your data requests

You may request access, updates, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of authorization by emailing the address above. Identify your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We retain information needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations; you may ask us to review its retention.
